Victoria Government Circuit Breaker Business Support Packages

The Victorian Government have announced a new business support package to assist those business that have been impacted by the latest lockdown sanctions.  The package will support businesses unable to operate due to these necessary public health measures, including targeted support for the events industry.

Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two

The program provides one off grants of $2,500 for eligible employing and non-employing businesses in sectors most impacted. This includes businesses operating in an industry that cannot operate under the circuit breaker restrictions and which cannot work remotely.

Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021

The Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 program provides businesses holding an eligible liquor license and food certificate with a one off $3,500 grant per premises.

Victorian Events Support Package

This package is dedicated to supporting operators in the events industry who have incurred losses due to the circuit-breaker restrictions. No further information has been released to date, but will available shortly.

The Business Cost Assistance Program round two and the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund will open for applications on the 2 June 2021 and will remain open for 3 weeks.
